Time is of the essence. Thus, it is important that all agreements with partners for the EPC execution, such as technology partners and contractors, are duly prepared and executable. GNI team manages all EPC activities. For large-scale projects with certain characteristics, we also act as general contractor ourselves while for others consortia will be formed.

PROCUREMENT

GNI`s management team issues inquiries for the equipment and conducts total services, from procurement to production/manufacturing management and quality inspection as well as transportation to the construction site, under a consistent structure providing responsibility throughout the services.

GNI`s management team conducts complete manufacturing management/quality control during equipment manufacturing as well as during final inspection.
